- File metadata is used for storage management and cleanup
- Report information is used to review and remove inappropriate content

3. Data Storage
- Files are stored on Cloudflare R2
- Database records are stored on our server
- Expired files are automatically deleted
- We do not modify your files
- Hotlinking is disabled by default for security reasons
- Hotlinking settings can be changed by emailing hotlinks@hack.ngo

4. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- When required by law
- To protect our rights or prevent abuse
- With service providers (Cloudflare R2, Google Cloud) who help us operate the service

5. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use cookies or tracking technologies. We do not collect analytics or user behavior data.

6. Data Retention
- Files without expiration dates are kept indefinitely
- Files with expiration dates are deleted automatically
- IP addresses and metadata are kept for abuse prevention purposes
- Report data is kept for moderation purposes

7. Your Rights
- You can request deletion of your files by contacting us
- You can report inappropriate content
- You can contact us with privacy concerns

8. User Content Responsibility
We are not responsible for the content users upload to our service. Users are solely responsible for their uploaded content and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and these terms.

9. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. Use our service at your own risk.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
